Refund Policy

All purchases of Webend Creator are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle and are governed entirely by Paddle's Refund Policy. This page forms part of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Submit refund or billing requests through either channel:

  • Paddle Buyer Portal: paddle.net — Paddle processes refund requests directly under Paddle's Refund Policy.
  • Webend Creator support: hello@webendcreator.com — we can liaise with Paddle on your behalf.

Free trial

Webend Creator includes a 14-day free trial of the plan you select. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your workspace automatically transitions to the Free plan — no charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions page within your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
